Today we set a new frequency record 6 outreaches. Six!! I think we did every drama we ever learned twice! Except for Jump and Stomp we did everytime! But we had sooo much fun. Everyplace we went we had altar calls and people came to the Lord! What an amazing day! One event I remember was at a school assembly at the altar call. A girl approached me and said the salvation prayer for the very first time in her life! (all through a translator of course) God is changing the lives of all the Nicaraguan people we meet! The events taking place are life changing and we all can’t wait to tell you guys about them in detail when we get home!
Oh and sorry we didn’t have the shout out video we’ve been too busy listening to “5 seconds” on our roller coaster … I mean bus! And sweating… Did anyone mention the heat? Nicaragua is best friends with the scorching sun if you haven’t heard? To all our friends and family at home: we miss u very much and wish to share the icicle showers and blazing sun with you! God is rocking us to the core!
Peace and love always!
Brooke, Nick M, Hanna G and James

P.S. Will someone tell my mom about the blog!! Brooke

6 in one day!!!! That has to be a record! It is so much fun reading your blogs. Before I leave to work, I check to see if a new one was posted along with any pictures. I continue to pray that God reveal Himself to all of you in a way you have never experienced before.

Speaking about the heat…I wouldn’t be me if I didn’t say (again) drinks lots and lots of water and wear your sunscreen.
James, I love and miss you and am so proud of you but I know you are where you are supposed to be right now. Please remember to take pictures or give your camera to one of the leaders to take pictures of you doing your ministry. Brooke and MingMing, i am so prpud of you two as well. Because you two are the tallest, you are the first to catch the eyes of the children. I hope they are drawn to you, and your incredible hearts, as am I.
Have a memorable day and open yourselves up!
    Love, Momma

Hey team N – you guys look great in that prayer circle! It’s a very circular circle!
Awesome to hear your testimonies (they overcame him by the blood and the word of their testimony!)
Sorry to hear it’s so hot down there – it’s a cool 95 and humid here :) but at least our showers are warm.
Ellie Kelly – we tear-up every time we read what God is doing through you and the team. Enjoy it to the max, squeeze out every drop, don’t sleep, go crazy for God… well, you get the idea.

I am in near tears just reading the responses to the blogs – we as parents – and yes – I am NOT “keeping it in the I” – WE are all so incredibly PROUD of you all…

I never even thought about how tall Nick and Brooke are in terms of being people who would draw the childrens’ eyes – because of that – remember to continue to point their gazes ever upward towards Jesus!

“ICICLE SHOWERS?!” Can’t wait to hear what that’s all about!

Continuing to pray for Life Change, for REST, for patience – as I know things can get rough in sweltering heat – for growth and bonding as a team – for your outreach to pour waves of blessings in ALL directions!

Nick – I miss you terribly… but I am SO grateful that you were able to go on this trip! God is so good to us both!
James – I miss you too – oh son o’ mine!

Take care of yourselves and those around you.
