Yesterday we went to three different schools. A primary christian school then we went to an international prep school which was awesome we met lots of kids from different countries like Canada and Ireland and exchanged information and facebooks. Then we came back to the hotel and ate and grabbed all our stuff and left to go to our third school of the day. It was our busiest day so far. At the third school we went to, the media was there talking about the economy of TCI. Pastor Jon was interviewed and the camera man took footage of our presentation. We were told that we were going to be on TV last night, but we did not watch long enough to see if we were. (Delia spoke at the school and she was amazing -Sam)

We then went to the main church and prayed and strategize for the massive amounts of kids we were planning for. There were lots of kids(209). It went very well for the amount of kids we had and Brandy got to pray the sinners prayer with one of her kids. After packing up and cooling down, we came home and did devitions and ate dinner. Many of us went to bed early like Cherith(she went to bed at 9)(CHERITH!!!!) Some stayed up to help plan today, and a couple of people went down to the beach for some late night football.

**Madge – Hi mom I love you I only got hit by a car once so I’ll never forget to look right, left, right before crossing again. But it’s okay I only broke one arm and a leg so there’s no need to worry. jk
**Cherith – Hey Bonnie! we found starfish and they really love you.
**Peter – hey joey bear i love you

“I’m the first one on the new road!”-Mater from Cars

I’m stoked that I’m the first one to comment…AGAIN. I waited up late last night but no message. I was sad. But I’m so happy to hear all the lives you are touching and making a difference in. Some of these little people will carry memories of you for the rest of their lives.

Madge, thanks for the note on FB. And thanks Sherry for allowing her to use your computer. It was such a blessing. Maddie you had me freaked out when you said you got hit by a car!! I almost believed it for a second. I’m missing you like crazy. Can’t wait to hear all the stories.

    Hugs and kisses,
    Mom

Well guys (and gals), time’s winding down. I can’t believe it will be only a little over 48 hours that we’ll see your smiling but tired faces. We miss you guys, but know you’re doing great stuff down there. Can’t wait to hear about EVERYTHING!!! Evan, we can’t wait to have you back home (although it has been verrrrry quiet without you since Michael’s been working a lot this week). We love you and are covering you and the team in prayer. I wish I could have given you each a journal to write down every memory – every name and every place (I know, I know – I sound like a stinkin’ teacher!)

But HEY!!! It DOES help you remember things like – how you felt when you first saw TCI – and who you hung with – and the inside jokes – it seems you will remember forever – but it’s not true – (unless you have the memory of say – a Baker-Conant or McNaney!!) WRITE IT DOWN!

And PICTURES TELL A THOUSAND STORIES – take them – Nick – you have 2 Gig for a reason man – USE THEM UP!

I have LOVED taking every chance I got to jump on hear and read your great stuff – and the comments too – and looking at the photos – well, let’s just say it’s a wonder I wasn’t booked on the next flight down there!!

I can’t wait for us to all be together again – and yet – I have lived a wonderful adventure vicariously through you too!

Keep up the excellent work – ALL of you are AMAZING PEOPLE!! And I am so proud of you all!

Cherith – you are my girl – you know that, don’t you?!
Aaron Michael – you ROCK! Miss you!
Nick – Life is terribly lonely without you – good thing I have Tyson and Xena keeping me company!
(Yes – this IS mom – I’m dog-watchin’ for your daddy.)
Peter – you stinkin’ crack me up – ALL THE TIME!

  5. I was just complaining how I hadnt even received a “hello ” from you and then there it came. I was a little behind keeping up with the blogs. It’s been busy. I loved reading the blog from you and Zach! I cracked up about you and your inner Rich! Your sisters and I picked dad up from the airport late last night. We had lunch and Juice and Java and had their infamous smoothies. We saw pastor tom and his daughters there and then I turned around and saw Helena. She cant wait to see you guys.

Hope youre taking pictures. I saw the one of you on Twitpic asleep on the plane…the middle is the worst seat to try and comfortable in.

I look foward to hearing of how you spend your days. You all look so great in your uniforms! What an amazing group! I can see the Love of the Lord on your faces. Keep up the good work. Love and miss you. Lots of hugs, honey! Mom
